CFAST – Corporate Flight Attendant & Skybutler Training

About

​

Corporate Flight Attendant & Skybutler Training have been developed since 2018, providing transition training for commercial airlines crew who aspiring to work in business aviation or corporate flight attendants looking to enhance their current skills. The programme delivers comprehensive training on all aspects of onboard service essential as well as highlighting the new service trends in luxury service industry.

This course is available at Oriental Signature’s partner location, and on-demand as in-house training.

Course format

  • This classroom course provides 3 days (24 hours) of instruction delivered by Oriental Signature approved Learning & Development Specialist.

  • Student performance will be based on written and practical assessment 

 

Prerequisites

  • Experienced commercial airlines cabin crew

  • Teaching Language: English

Train-the-Manager Programme 

About

This course will help you build on your existing leadership skills, giving you multiple opportunities to evaluate and improve the way you lead and train the team. With a strong focus on operational management and training best practices, you will gain valuable feedback from experienced facilitators in this practical and constructive learning environment.
